Aurtenetxea Containers collaborated with La Salve Bilbao on a container installation in front of the Ribera Market. Announced in June 2016, the initiative drew on the identity of Bilbao’s estuary, ships and port: its history and its future.
La Salve Bilbao and the Bilbao Pride information point
The container was planned as Bilbao Pride’s InfoPuntua, or information point. The original announcement also described its intended summer uses as a bar, a concert stage and a terrace for DJs.
The gallery below records the installation. See more Aurtenetxea container projects.
